Payments & Cancellation
The following means of payment are available to participants:
- Bank transfer
- Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
- Pay Pal
Once the registration process has been completed, an electronic registration confirmation will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please do not send payments by bank transfer without the invoice number and the name of the participant included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.
Your participation can only be confirmed if the registration fees have been paid in full. Participants whose registration fees have not been paid by the first day of the event will not be granted access to the symposium. Please send any changes or cancellations of your participation by e-mail to satellitenkonferenz@dlr.de..
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email to satellitenkonferenz@dlr.de.
Please note the following important cancellation deadlines for on-site participation:
Until 20th August 2024: 100% refund, less 50 euros administration fee.
After 20th August 2024 we can no longer offer refunds.
Please note that refunds can only be made after the 8th National Satellite Communications Conference.
