Assembly / Dismantling
- Deliveries are made via our fire service access road. This is intended exclusively for loading and unloading, NOT for permanent parking. The access road can be loaded with a maximum of 30 tons.
- As the organiser, you are responsible for coordinating the delivery. We recommend that you hire a security company to coordinate this. Price on request.
- The road is a dead end street and there is no possibility to turn.
- You should plan time slots for all deliveries to ensure that other exhibitors can leave and new deliveries can be made.
- There are no parking spaces for lorries near the hotel.
- Entrance to underground car park 2.00m high!
- Dimensions of the delivery doors via the Kameha Universal: Width: 2.80m Height: 3.40m
Set-up time, 2nd September: 09:00 - 20:00
Dismantling time, 4th September: 18:00 - 21:00
